Among the wealthiest people on Extremus Terra, the Inimicus Divitiarum dictate world law along with the Inimicus Vulgus. They live exclusively in the marvelously extravagant cities of Timus. They look down on every race on Extremus Terra, including the Miser Pecunia and Acerbus Cunctor, the races they were born from, although they publicly show them respect for political purposes. They view the Inimicus Vulgus not as a threat, but more as a hypocritical nuisance, instead choosing to embrace their wealth and power and wielding it into as much influence as possible. Their political decisions are made only to protect their personal wealth, preferring to use politics to keep the money they have rather than earn money through labor.

Although the Divitiarum are arguably the most politically influential of all races, they are widely ignored by the other races because they are so overt about their selfishness. Most of the other races have come to grips with their goals of self-preservation, and although their laws are self-serving and unfair to the harder working people of the world, the races put up with them because the majority are in favor of democracy and it would be too difficult to dethrone them democratically.
